Brielle's Birthday

I can't believe my baby girl turned 11! I swear she just hit double digits at 10. How did this past year with her fly by so fast? I fear they will only go faster and faster. So Im trying to hold on tight and enjoy this time with her at home while I can. Before I know it she will be off to college and ill be missing her daily smile and sass ;)

 She started the morning with a Days Market Oreo donut and milk. And got her birthday present from Beckham. After she opened it she said " You really got this for me? With your own money? Thank you!" She was so excited to receive it and Beckham was so happy to see her love it!

After all these years her favorite place to eat is still Chick-fil-a. So that's what she got for her birthday dinner! Complete with a cookies n' cream shake. (Nice mustache Chase)

Pure joy!

I always make my kids pose with their balloons and cake. I absolutely love decorating the house for their birthdays the night before and they wake up to the festive house! Im pretty sure they love it too. 

I made a chocolate Oreo Bundt Cake this year with chocolate ganache and it was so good!

We sang happy birthday with just our little family. Ma-Ma did stop by earlier to see Brielle and give her a birthday hug.

I wonder what she wished for?

She has been saving up for an iPad for a long time. I had originally told her if she could pay half then we would pay the other half. We decided to surprise her with one for her birthday. Her grandparents all chipped in and got one for her and she was ecstatic! She said "Wait, do you still want me to pay half?" We said no way! It's your present silly! She got the keyboard and cover from Chase and me. Now she can have her own device to type her role plays and wiki's with Warriors and Wings of Fire (Her favorite books).

Im so grateful this beautiful, intelligent, independent, loyal, strong, and feisty girl is our daughter! I love her zest for life and determination for the things she is passionate about. I also love the note she left Chase about not touching her birthday treats she was passing out at school! ha ha!
