November Family Happenings

Brielle has the most amazing English teacher this year. She was recognized by Mrs. Blanton for the SOAR award at Edgemont. She mentioned what a hard worker Brielle is in class and what a joy she is to have in the classroom. I am so proud of my girl and love her beautiful smile!

Chase took me on a fun date night to Sundance. They were having free screenings of Robert Redford films for the month and we saw "Jeremiah Johnson". It was such a great film and so cool to see all the parts of Utah it was filmed in. It was a cozy and romantic night. Sundance will always be our special place.

My Grandpa Hill, the kids Great Grandpa Hill, turned 80! I am his oldest granddaughter out of 40 or 50 something grandkids. He has many great grandchildren as well. It was nice to go up to Salt Lake and wish him a happy birthday. Not many kids have great grandparents still alive so these pictures are extra special to our family.

Beckham loves when his dad is home to tuck him into bed at night. I love watching my two boys snuggle.

I have quite enjoyed substitute teaching this year, especially when Im in my kids classroom! Beckham doesn't love PE, so since I was his teacher I let him skip it and hang with me while all the other kids were there. I hope he remembers these moments as he grows up. I know I will always remember them.
