Baby June!! and family visit the fire station..
Eight years ago I was working at station 2 on a Dark cold winter night. The tones went off and we heard "imminent delivery". As we walked into the house there was a scared couple. Zulieka was pregnant with her second child. She was laying in bed and couldn't move. She was scared! her husband was scared. The Baby was coming, and we would not be able to make it to the hospital. Baby June was born. There was a special spirit in the house that night, all the guys could feel it. We held Baby June and witnessed the miracle of life. We then bundled the baby and her mother and transported them to the hospital. This picture below is a few days later when they came home from the hospital and we stopped by and delivered a gift basket to the Perry family.
This is beautiful June!! She is now 8 years old. She and her family came to the fire station to see us. Jason Garcia was my partner that night. He no longer works at Orem put came over to to celebrate with the family.
The Whole Perry family! We had a lot of fun telling stories and touring the fire station. They brought us lunch, and we went for a ride on the fire truck.
Perry Family!! Zulieka is from Spain, so of course we were instant friends :)
