Orem Fire Santa Party

This year was the first year Chase couldn't be with us at the kids Santa Party that Orem puts on. I considered not even going since our kids are getting older... but they wouldn't hear of missing it! I love that they still choose to believe in Santa and how much they love this party. We walked into the station and were warmly welcomed by our fire family. The Chase's, Edwards, Hood and Grady all couldn't believe how big the kids are getting. I love that our kids aren't shy at the station and will talk to any of the guys. They have grown up there and run in like they own the place! Im pretty sure the guys love it.

Funny Story: Santa needed helpers to pass out candy canes, presents and a stuffed animal. He had Brielle and Beckham be two of his helpers. Beckham was talking to Santa and I heard him say "Yes Sir." Santa was pretty impressed with his respectful manner and the whole room got a kick out of it too! They both loved their presents from Santa. I wonder if they will still want to do this when they are 16?
